Russell Brand has appeared in court in London charged with five sex offences - including rape.
The 49-year-old was granted bail after appearing in London's Westminster Magistrates' court on Friday morning.
The charges relate to claims made by four women dating back to the years 1999 and 2005.
The 49-year-old did not speak to reporters as he arrived at the courthouse.

Russel Brand denies the allegations against him, and has said he's "never engaged in non-consensual activity".
